Excellent property in Melbourne, extremely well located. There is on site car parking (charges apply). Note upon arrival at your selected property, a Credit Card pre-authorisation will be required and will be used to cover incidentals. Cash is not an acceptable form of bond when staying with Oaks Hotels & Resorts and a valid credit card must be presented upon arrival. Studio are medium in size, modern with lots of natural light. They include a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The apartments also have timber floor boards and balconies. Great for either a leisure or a business stay. There are no restaurants on the premises but plenty of interesting cafes and restaurants near by. The lobby is medium in size.

Location

Located in downtown Melbourne in one of the best streets in town, the property is within a short walking distance of the theatre district, restaurants, shopping and Chinatown. The city mall is only 10 minutes walk and the MCG or Rod Laver Arena are only 15 minutes walk. The free circle city tram is just at the end of the street. Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive. Excellent location.
