The holiday village is located on Phum Thmey, Khum Prey Thom, in Kep province. The establishment is conveniently located on the slope of Kep National Park, just about 100 metres from Kep city and the market. The driving time from Phnom Penh International Airport to the property is about 3 hours by bus and about 2 hours by car.The air-conditioned holiday village resort was built in 2011 and has 33 rooms. Its design is based around the idea of untouched nature and tranquillity, surrounded by mountains and trees. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a hotel safe, currency exchange and a childrens playground. Guests can enjoy a drink at the café and bar, and dine in the restaurant overlooking the pond. Business travellers can make use of the conference facilities.
