This city hotel, comprising a total of 34 rooms on 2 floors, is set in a converted colonial fort. Set at the top of an elevation, it offers guests panoramic views of the mountains, the city and one of the three bays situated close by. The famous Yunque de Baracoa can be clearly seen from the hotel. Alternative accommodation is additionally available at the Porto Santo complex, which is located next to Baracoa Bay and close to the airport. It is on a small private beach where, legend has it, Christopher Columbus planted the famous Cruz de Parra, considered the oldest religious object conserved from the Spanish presence in America.
