Each apartment comprises of: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, open plan kitchenette with lounge, private bathroom, with bath or shower. Each apartment has a balcony and some apartments offer sea view.
Facilities include: a full size gas cooker, small fridge/freezer, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc.
The lounge has 1 or 2 settees that can be converted into beds (thus each apartment can accommodate comfortably up to 4 persons).

The complex is ideally situated on Nissi Avenue, 7 minutes walk from the Bar strip and 2 minutes walk from the nearest beach (Pernera Beach), 10 minutes walk to Sandy Bay and 20 minutes walk to the famous Nissi Beach, as well as a 15 minute walk to the Harbour & Limanaki Beach.
