ResArt was created by two artists /researchers/ cultural entrepreneurs Maria Papacharalambous (art and philosophy) and Achilleas Kentonis (art and science). The vision is to be a hostel of culture, unique in its kind. An ArtHotel that is capable of offering hospitality to cultural tourism where artists can coexist side by side with scientists, business men, politicians but above all with people who had never stop dreaming. Two traditional buildings were joined together and a modern wing was added
The room contains a double bed and its own private balcony with a superb view of the building s internal courtyard and the surrounding area. An added unique note of the suite is the colour-therapy system that creates a dreamlike atmosphere promising moments of relaxation and tranquillity.

Located in the scenic neighbourhood of Ayioi Omologites in Nicosia, Larnaca International airport is a 40 minute drive away. In the beautiful AyioiOmologites neighborhood with its traditional mansions and picturesque streets close-by the Presidential Palace with its parks and the Pediaiosriver. The city centre is a very pleasant ten-minute walk away past the Archaeological Museum and the Municipal Theatre.
