This comfortable hotel represents good value for money and is an ideal base to explore Caen and its historical sites.
Please note: the easiest way to reach the hotel is to follow the Peripherique Nord and take the Exit 7 for the Memorial.
The rooms are medium in size and in good condition. They are all simply furnished but well-equipped. As in every Kyriad hotel, you will find in each room a welcome tray with little snacks and a complimentary French/ English book on your bedside table. The bathrooms are small but in good condition.
The entirely renovated hotel restaurant, La Soupiere, occupies a large space on the ground floor. The dark furniture tastefully contrast with the red/orange sofas, curtains and tablecloths. The restaurant offers a buffet of starters and desserts and a variety of grilled and regional dishes.
The lobby is small in itself, yet it opens onto the large and pleasant restaurant area.
Location
This hotel is located only 400m from the Memorial Museum for Peace and only 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Caen.
