The apartments and little buildings are spread over a 5-hectare complex. The complex offers access to cyberspace with fee-paying WLAN Internet hotspots. There is a laundry service (a charge applies) and a car park at the entrance to the complex (with a limited number of places). A bar and restaurant provide refreshments and dining options. A deposit (2 separate payments for the apartment and cleaning) is to be paid on the premises.
