The hotel just reopened after complete renovation at the beginning of 2005.It is one of the most traditional hotels on the entire Baltic Sea coastline.
Guests can explore from there the beautiful countryside with its numerous chateaous and castles or the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar.
The spacious rooms are elegantly furnished in contemporary design. Rooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition.
The Restaurant "Seydewitz" is beautifully decorated in historical Biedermeier-style with parquet floor and traditional wooden furniture. Guests can enjoy sea-and wild inspired cuisine along with exquisite wines.
The medium sized lobby represent the elegant style of the hotel and the white colour of the classical era.

The hotel is located directly in the historical city center of Bad Doberan nearby the famous cathedral of Bad Doberan which is regarded as one of the most beautiful buildings of the north German brick gothic.
