This is a comfortable, if basic, guesthouse with an excellent location. There is no lift, so access to the 1st floor lobby would be difficult for elderly or disabled. The rooms were all renovated in 1999, and are of a good, no-frills standard. They are clean and tasteful, with en-suite bathrooms, television and direct-dial telephone. Most rooms are of a good size, but some may be a little small. There is no restaurant. The lobby is tiny, consisting of just a reception desk, and is situated on the 1st floor, adjacent to the small lounge area where continental breakfast is served in the mornings.
The guesthouse is situated on Parliament Street, in the heart of Temple Bar, with its lively pubs and restaurants.
