The Viennese architect, Boris Podrecca, has created a perfect symbiosis of tradition and modern architecture. The main entrance is a clear indication of the hotel s approach a transparent steel and glass construction, framed by the antique wood of the original portal. Each room displays a specially commissioned artwork by a different artist.
Location
Important place or monument close to the hotel: located in downtown Bolzano, in the pedestrian zone, only a few minutes walk from the train station, the main shopping street with its famous arcades, theatres, concert halls and museums including the one where you can see the 5000-year old Iceman Otzi. The best restaurants, like the one at the Parkhotel Laurin are also nearby. By car its only 10 minutes from the airport and 8 from the motorway.
