The resort offers Windsurfing; sunfish sailing; water-skiing, kayaking; snorkeling; underwater-vision boat rides; scuba diving with daily dives for beginners (a resort course and International PADI certification is available at an additional cost, boat fees may apply); two pools, one near main beach area, one on clothing-optional beach; five Jacuzzis. Complete fitness center with Nautilus, Lifecycle and Stairmaster equipment, as well as free weights; power walks, aquacise, aerobics, reggae and soca classes. Four tennis courts (two lit for night play), with lessons and tournaments arranged by resident pro; bicycle tours; beach volleyball, volleyball, bicycles, table tennis. NOTE: Children (under 16 years of age) and infants cannot be accommodated at Grand Lido resorts. There are 24 Junior Suites Garden View that offer a arge bedroom with king-size bed or two twin beds, sunken living room and small balcony or patio. Every suite is equipped with the following: Air-conditioning, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, CD player, coffee maker, hair dryer, safe deposit box, 24 hour room service, complimentary laundry & dry cleaning service, and iron & ironing.
