The staff are famously friendly and whose main aim is to make your stay a relaxing one. Hanmer Springs is arguably most famous for it thermal pools which is a must do activity in town. The main dining room is beautifully decorated and designed, with seating for over a 100 persons. Serves high quality New Zealand and international cuisine for breakfast , lunch and dinner. Hanmer Springs is the one of the oldest tourist destinations in New Zealand. Located halfway between Christchurch and Picton on the East coast of the South island, its an ideal place for those wanting a quiet break, or a great place to break a touring journey. Also not far from the Whale watching activites of Kaikoura.
