Hotel Principe Perfeito (built in 1995) is named after one of the most legendary monarchs of the long Portuguese history: King John II, the “Principe Perfeito” (the “Perfect Prince”).The hotel is about 3 Km from the centre of the city of Viseu, near the exit for Serra da Estrela. Close to the city centre, the green areas that surround the hotel provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. There is a large outdoor swimming pool just 3min walk from the hotel (free for hotel guests in the summer season - June to September). Guests can enjoy the most refined dishes in the elegant a-la-carte restaurant “O Grifo”, which offers international specialities as well as traditional Portuguese fare in a quiet and glamorous environment, to cap off a night, guests can enjoy an aperitif in the cosy bar which offers classic and exotic cocktails.
