Originally opened as a hotel in 2009, after three years of remodeling, the building used to be residential apartments and the current lobby was a retail store. Its construction year is undetermined, although nearby buildings read 1810. The hotel has charming character with 20ft ceilings and a wonderful mix of Spanish and French restored furniture.
