The Rachmaninov Antique-Hotel is situated in the very centre of St.Petersburg, near Nevsky avenue in the building where the great composer studied and worked in 1884-1885. His room was scrupulously reconstructed and now it is the Rachmaninov s Suite of the hotel. Design of other 25 rooms and the cozy living-room was inspired by the atmosphere of the Silver Age in Russia. Unique antiques from private collections of the hotel owners decorate every room. The hotel also has its own photo gallery Rachnaninov Dvorik where the exposition of the best photographers and artists is being changed every 3 weeks, and guests can get acquainted with the authors and buy their works. The hotel is situated several steps away from the Kazansky Cathedral, the Hermitage, the Russian Museum, St.Isaac s Cathedral, the Mariinsky Theatre. The nearest metro station is Nevsky Prospect.
