The Morskoy Vokzal Hotel opened after renovation in 2003. It is located on Vasilyevsky island in a modern building of the sea passenger terminal. The rooms of the Morskoy Vokzal Hotel overlook the Gulf of Finland, the Lenexpo Exhibition Centre, and the small park located near the entrance to the hotel. All guest rooms are located on the 7th floor The hotel offers accommodation in 62 Single rooms, 64 Double rooms, and 4 Suites. All rooms feature bathrooms, telephones with interurban and international connection, TV-sets, carpets, and comfortable furniture. Suites consist of a spacious living-room with soft furniture and a TV-set, and a Double bedroom with a telephone and a bathroom. The Harbor (the Havan) restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The restaurant is designed for 120 visitors and serves classical European and traditional Russian cuisine. The restaurant also offers a bar with a wide variety of cocktails, hot and soft drinks. The cafe of the Morskoy Vokzal Hotel is located on the 7th floor of the building. It offers light appetizers, and a variety of drinks. The cafe is open round-the-clock. The conference complex of the Morskoy Vokzal Hotel occupies an area of 500 sq.m. 300 sq.m are allotted for conference halls. The Grand hall with a capacity of 270 persons is outfitted with sound amplifying and video projection equipment. The hall may be divided into three separate premises. A spacious lobby with an area of 114 sq.m is located in front of the halls. The lobby may be used for hosting small exhibitions, installing reception desks, arranging coffee breaks and buffets. A separate conference hall of 110 sq.m is situated close to the conference complex. It can accommodate up to 40 participants. Simultaneous translation equipment is also available.
