All the apartments are complete with bathrooms, air conditioning and heating, washing and drier machine, dishwasher, independent kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine including a complete set of kitchen and table utensils. All The apartments living rooms have plenty of light as it is situated close to the balcony looking out onto street Ferran. The living room is fully equipped with a 21 television and HIFI-CD player and D.V.D. Completely equipped with bed linen (sheets, duvets, pillows, blankets) and a set of towels for each guest. Aspasios Plaza Real Apartments has been completely reformed in May 2004. It keeps the original structure with a integral modern construction. The building has spacious balconies onto the main street.
