Cleaning is 6 days a week with towels changed on request and sheet changed once a week. Maximum capacity 3 adults or 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children, understanding that those are allocated in sofa-bed. Capacity for 250 persons, wide and suggestive buffets. Available for the different meals. Cafeteria with spacious bar and comfortable furniture, situated at the hall. Piano bar, with life music 7 days a week, air conditioning, creating a selected atmosphere every evening. Games room, billiards and recreation area. Cyber-cafe (4 PC) which is good for Internet enthusiasts. Small lobby with lobby bar and sitting area.

Located 300 metres from the new beach "playa jardin", with black sand and all the services of a consolidated and quiet tourist area together with a large entertainment offer. Only 500 meters from the city centre, where most of the main shopping centres are.
