Located in Regules, a village in the Valley of Soba, about 55 minutes from Santander and 60 from Bilbao. It lies at the foot of the Natural Park Hillocks of Assos, where you can do many guided tours, and 25 minutes from the beach in Laredo. 10 Minutes from the house there are several caves to visit, one of rock art.
