Heading east is El Coto Donana, in the Guadalquivir marismas(marshlands) which is a must for all nature lovers. Donana is one of the most important and interesting natural parks in Europe. Near Almonte, towards the marshlands is the Rocio, one of the most important hermitages in Andalucia. Famous for its open air dances which take place during a week, people sing, dance, eat and drink, on the way to see the Rocio Virgin. All of them have balconies facing the garden or sea. Pine furniture and modern paintings decorate the walls. All of them have been soundproofed. The typical dishes of this area are delicious fresh prawns, fresh fried fish and jamon serrano. The decoration is modern. There are some rooms in which to play board games.
Its location is excellent, with the coast on one side and a large pineforest on the other. It is far from the crowds, with "El Coto de Donana" a marvellous national park waiting to be visisted
