Guests should sample the conical shaped, amber coloured cheese of San Simon which is a product of the village of Villalba. All of them have preserved their medieval ambience. The six rooms are replete with wood details, wrought iron lamps and castilian furniture, this 6 rooms are located in the tower the other remaining rooms are located in the shadow if the tower in new building wrought in stone in the style of a typical Galician palace.
