The modernist building that houses the apartments has recently been refurbished (2007) to include a lift and to provide all the comforts necessary to make each guest s stay a pleasant one. The hotel is air-conditioned and provides a cloakroom.
Guests must contact apartment administration prior to arriving at the apartments with a confirmed time of arrival. Please call (34)934673052, at least 24 h before scheduled arrival time. Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Barcelona Boutique Hotel, at Pau Claris street 145 ent 1, to collect the keys to their apartment, directions, and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia metro. At check-in, there will be a security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization which will be automatically cancelled after verifying the apartment s condition.Cleaning service is not included in the price.
