Plus, The Chine’s Roman Spa has a magnificent 12 metre swimming pool set in cloisters alongside a Jacuzzi, poolside sauna and gymnasium with plenty of room for stretching and yoga. After an invigorating workout or sauna, a favourite relaxation for guests during the summer months is a gentle swim in the 13 metre outdoor pool or a dip in the deck-top hot tub overlooking the gardens. All 87 bedrooms are en-suite and are equipped with hair dryer, trouser press, direct dial telephone, courtesy tray and television with satellite channels. All rooms as are the bathrooms in very good condition. This is a beautiful award winning Sea View restaurant - with freshly caught fish, carefully selected cuts of meat and excellent vegetarian options. Open for both lunch and dinner this is one of the most charming and welcoming rooms in the hotel – with its cozy cocktail bar perfect for a pre-dinner aperitif, or in the winter months, that after-dinner liqueur by the fire.
