The hotel consists of three parts the Main House, the Garden wing and the Couch House. The Main House features individually designed Executive and Deluxe bedrooms as well as Four Poster and Suites. Garden wing is adjacent to the Main Hall and features a number of Contemporary Double and Twin rooms. The Coach House is situated across the Main House and features a selection of Contemporary Double and Twin rooms as well as Singles. There is also free onsite parking. GH 08/09 In all bedrooms you will find complimentary Wi-Fi access, HD flat screen TVs and luxurious Duck Island bathroom toiletries. All rooms are finished to a very high standard and are grand in design. Medium in size, traditional in style. Otterburn Hall was built in 1869 and is set in 500 acres within the Northumberland National Park. The hotel owns an 8 mile stretch of the River Rede, which guests can use for salmon fishing. Under the direction of our Head Chef Peter Miskin The Park Restaurant and Brasserie offers a menu with a range of exciting dishes to suit all tastes. Fresh Northumberland quality produce and our very own Beef and Lamb are used in our menus, which change with the seasons, ensuring freshness of produce throughout the year. Enjoy a traditional Sunday Lunch Carvery every Sunday or a sumptuous English afternoon tea which is served on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in the Lounge. The ambiance is light, bright, and classic. There is also Harry s Bar which has the charm and atmosphere for a perfect drink or cocktail. The interior includes a diverse mix of textures to ensure a residential feel - leather sofas, aesthetically blended with glass, mirrors and wood.

Location

Otterburn is a small village in Redesdale on the A696 road from Newcastle, just south of it s junction with the A68. Nearby is the large Army Training Area and Firing Range which has been in use since 1911. The hotel itself is situated in over 500 acres of countryside with terraces gardens and lakes. Otterburn hall is just a 25 minute drive away from Newcastle town centre.
