The hotel is a short walk from Broadlands, the former home of Lord Palmerston and Lord Mountbatten. A series of Tudor wall paintings has recently been discovered at the hotel and the old courtyard makes for a very pretty stop for drinks. Within easy reach of Winchester. The rooms are all decorated in a traditional style and are well appointed. The intimate restaurant serves lunches, dinners, morning coffees, light lunches and bar snacks in a beautiful setting.
