This outstanding Federal Style home was built for Captain Daniel Stone and his family in 1819. Captain Daniel Stone became a successful merchant after he retired from the U.S. Navy in the early 1800 s. He and his wife, Nancy Hinckley, had two children, Narcissa and Daniel. The captain also served as a Brunswick Representative to the State Legislature. Located within the Main Inn, each room has a classic historic feel with luxuries of modern day. All rooms have been tastefully decorated with custom furnishings and fine linens. Open every evening, No. 10 Water Restaurant serves full course dining as well as lighter fare, with its tapas and tavern menu.
