This is a budget hotel in close proximity downtown. The railway line next to the hotel does cause considerable noise when trains go past especially for those rooms closest to the tracks.
Each of the beautifully furnished guest rooms offer in-room amenities such as microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers, hair dryers, and iron/iron boards.
No restaurant on site. Many restaurants are available within a short walking distance. Small breakfast room on site.
The lobby is small lobby with just a few seats.
Location
The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of downtown Spokane, across the street from the Davenport Hotel and blocks away from the new River Park Square and Riverfront Park. It is also just a short walk from many restaurants, the Spokane Convention Center, The Met and INB Performance Center.
