Every room is luxuriously appointed with a seating area and dressing area. The Superior room size is a spacious 531 square feet with views of Chicago's Superior Street and its shopping. These rooms are equipped with a bedside touch panel allowing control of room temperature, lighting, TV, radio alarm clock and privacy sign. All bathrooms come with separate shower stall and a deep soaking tub with a TV on the marble wall. All rooms have high speed internet accessibility and is complimentary. Four wonderful restaurants and a bar are 5 diamond awarded. Seafood fine dining, Shanghai Terrace offers contemporary Shanghainese and Cantonese cuisine including Dim Sum for lunch. The Lobby is an all day dining restaurant including the signature Peninsula Afternoon Tea plus Friday and Saturday nights, our tempting Chocolate Bar Buffet and Pierrot Gourmet which is located on the street level. There is a motor lobby on the ground floor inside the main entrance, where our guest services staff will assist guests with their luggage. After taking the elevator from the motor lobby, guests will arrive on the 5th floor where our check in lobby is located.
