We are the only franchise property located in the old western down town area, and are across from the new Pendleton City Hall and Library. This is the closest motel to the world famous Pendleton Round-up rodeo grounds and is within walking distance to famous Pendleton Underground Tours, Main St restaurants and lounges, 2 minutes to walking and jogging trail on Umatilla River.
