Our pleasant location is in the heart of  Pattaya Thailands most vibrant holiday resort which always pleases our guests.  Tucked away in a cul-de-sac where you still can see the old architecture of the old houses of Pattaya but close by to everything where you want to be. The rooms are comfortable equipped, fridge, air con that is most important. You are nestled in between three major shopping centers, Festival Mall, Pattaya Avenue and the other one that housed Ripleys. Straight down to the beach it takes 2 min over the 2nd street and then you just walk through Top Plaza and you reach the beach. From there it is 5 to 10 min to walking street. First time I did go this time, it is fun to watch the entire tourist walking up and down and the “Walking Street” can get a little congested.The Siam Guest House has friendly staff and the housekeeping is excellent.
