This attractive city hotel lies close to Chiang Mais historic walled city, with countless shops, bars and restaurants to be found in the near vicinity (100-500 m away). Both the university area and the Kad Suan Keaw shopping centre are a few minutes away on foot. Guests can also take advantage of the shuttle bus to reach to the famous night market, and it is just a short distance to the nearest links to the public transport.Renovated in 2005, this hotel is spread over seven floors and comprises a total of 158 rooms, of which 4 are suites. An air-conditioned lobby offers a 24-hour reception desk, safes, a currency exchange desk and lifts. Dining options include a bar and four restaurants with highchairs available for children. The restaurants serve Thai, Italian, and international cuisine. The hotel further features a selection of shops, a hairdressing salon, a conference room, and a public Internet connection. Room and laundry services, as well as medical facilities, round up the services.The rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection and a minibar. Hotel has one main outdoor swimming pool with a lovely garden and sunbathing deck, conference facilities with up to maximum 200 covers on the mezzanine floor. Beauty salon is available. The hotel offers other joyful and social activities such as Thai cooking classes, fruit carving lessons, basic Thai language classes and traditional Thai dancing. Hotel is suitable for both individuals and groups. (11/06PS) Rooms are a mixture of superior and deluxe. Each room offers a good medium sized superior room providing city or pool views. Hotel has selected two concept colours for the rooms, it could be either in a light blue colour scheme or a yellow colour scheme. Duvet is provided on top of mattress along with Thai style chintz. Lobby is medium size, gorgeously decorated in modern European style, the spiral stairway on the right-hand side leads to hotel s mezzanine floor where conference rooms are offered. Reception area is compact yet gives a warm atmosphere. There are a few beautiful large wooden chairs with red cushions offered for guest in the middle of the lobby. It is a high rise rectangular concrete building in white colour with red roof. There is one main dining restaurant behind the lobby lounge, breakfast is served along with lunch and dinner with international and northern Thai cuisines.
