The hotel complex is located in the Northern part of the ‘Golden Sands' resort in Varna, in immediate proximity of the yacht port and amphitheatre of the resort. It is situated on the front row and only the coast walkway (promenade) divides it from the beach. The lower accomodation ‘A' is in a terraced form, and has 4 floors, consisting of 10 self-catering apartments and 1 double room, which all come with a frontal sea panorama. There is a lift for this accommodation as well. The 91 double rooms and 18 hotel flats are equipped in accordance with the requirements for a hotel of this category. The higher accommodation has 11 overground floors, with a perpendicular position to the beach, and accommodation ‘B', having 4 terraced floors, parallel to the beach. The beach hotel has car parking facilities for those arriving by car. The complex is centrally air-conditioned and has a variety of amenities to cater for guests' entertainment and relaxation needs. There is a conference room with capacity for up to 80 persons.The rooms are air-conditioned and come with 2 beds, a cable TV, a balcony, a minibar, a bath, and a shower. The self-catering apartments are furnished the same way and consist of a bedroom and living room with a kitchen, featuring an oven, 2 hot plates, air-absorber, built-in fridge, a coffee machine and a quick-heating jug, as well as kitchen utensils for 4 persons.
