This is a superb hotel for exploring Ruedesheim, and its beautyful surrounding wine mountains. The bedrooms are small but comfortable and are furnished in traditional style in a brown and cream colour scheme. Though simple, the rooms are in very good condition as are the bathrooms. The hotel's restaurant, which is situated on the ground floor, is furnished in rustic style with atmospheric subdued lighting. It has a small, cosy lobby with a wood panelled ceiling and an open fireplace.

The restaurant offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Its furnishings and style are quite modern, its kitchen renowned as one of the best in Germany for both gourmet and traditional cuisine. The lobby is medium sized and reflects the homely atmosphere of the hotel despite not being as traditional in style as the exterior of the building might suggest.
