This beautiful villa is housed in a restored, traditional stone house of two floors(178,93 m²) in the village of Sgourokefali, close to Heraklion. The restoration was done by artisans who took care of the stone so as not to lose the character of the house. Retaining all the elements of the traditional architecture, the viilla combines respect for the traditional with the comforts of a modern guesthouse. The ground floor is surrounded by two courtyards filled with flowers and is a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the view. In the courtyard entrance (west terrace) there is an old well and stone staircase, which give a specific tone to the place.
