Nicolas Studios-Apartments is situated in Agia Marina, a popular tourist resort noted for its Cosmopolitan flair, its excellent beaches and its most entertainment opportunities and vibrant night life. Take in the sun on the clean and sandy beach of Agia Marina (Blue Flag award) or swim to the protected islet of Thodorou, home to the traditional Cretan goats, the Kri-Kri. The beach is located only 110 meters from the studios, while our guests will also find taverns, super markets, stores and banks close at hand. The surrounding countryside is green all year round and is a profusion of natural beauty, especially in the spring. Nicolas has studios and apartments well furnished for two or more persons, with kitchenette, kettle, refrigerator, safe box, air-condition, television, WI-FI access, swimming pool with hydro massage, verandas, and beautiful view, very close to the sea.

The CHC Nicolas villas consists of two buildings. The reception staff are available 24 hours a day. All rooms are pleasantly furnished and have a private shower, toilet, balcony or terrace, direct-dial telephone, sat-tv, safe (on extra charge), individual air-condition and refrigerator. Facilities & Services: a 24 hours reception service, internet corner (on extra charge), the air-conditioned restaurant hall provides excellent food service, offering an enriched buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner, mini market, pool bar with nice terrace next to the pool, swimming pool (fresh water), children’s swimming pool, sun beds and umbrellas at the pool, children’s play ground, billiard table (on extra charge), mini bus service to the beach. The hair-dryer and iron are available at the reception, guests should take it and return it back (free of charge). Towels and linen are not allowed to be removed from the room. In case you loose the room key you will be charged 50 euro from replacement.

This is a fantastic family run property, the kind of genuine place where the owner welcomes you as a host in their own house rather than accommodating you. The medium sized rooms are basic and comfortable, air conditioned and equipped with a fridge and kitchenette. They have balconies overlooking the garden and the sea in the distance. There's no restaurant as this is a self-catering option. The lobby is at the edge of the pool.

Nikolas Villas is a cluster of 35 furnished apartments, the 29th of those are able to accommodate 2-4 persons and the rest 6 of them (studios) 1-2 persons. All the apartments are built in an exquisite area of 5000 m, full of green lawn, several types of trees and colorful, scented flowers.
