Each villa can accommodate up to 4 guests in two separate areas and floors. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area as well as a double bed turned into a relaxing sofa and a bathroom. The lower level consists of the main bedroom, a sitting area and another bathroom. Each superior villa is 72 square meters. The Superior Villa is fully equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, safety box, satellite LCD TV, direct telephone, mini-bar, kettle with free tea/coffee, hair dryer, pool towels, bathrobes, slippers, luxury toiletries and free wi-fi internet access.

This unique complex features 7 beautifully restored cave-houses that are set in the charismatic area of Foinikia, a 15-minute stroll from Oia. The elegant units had been renovated with great care, following the traditional architecture up to the tiniest detail, in order to preserve their centuries old ambience and style. At the same time they had been decorated with high-end furnishings so they can appeal to the sophisticated travellers. All houses have their own private verandas where guests can enjoy their breakfast or afternoon coffee. For little pampering the venue offers massage treatments, yoga and Vepasana meditation sessions, while those who simply need a good book can have their choice from the onsite library and head straight to the sun terrace for some old-fashioned relaxation.
