All the buildings are made of stone, cut and carved by specialist craftsmen, following the long tradition of the famous old stone carvers of the Peloponnese and Epirus. The 20 rooms of the hotel are spread over 7 buildings; 7 of the rooms are apartments (maisonettes), capable of easily accommodating a whole family while the third group of buildings is made up of two buildings, each housing 2 luxurious suites.
