The work is expected to finish on 31 May.During this period there are fewer ways of approaching the hotel, both by car and on foot, and spaces in the open-air car park are also limited.The options for reaching the hotel by public transport are also restricted, as the no. 26 bus service has been suspended, probably until the end of May.The hotel can still be reached by buses no. 34 and no. 106, however, which access the Island via Árpád Bridge. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the “Árpád híd – Margitsziget” bus stop.From 10 April, for the duration of the road renovation, the hotel is providing a temporary shuttle service between the Grand Hotel Margitsziget and the car park situated between the Nyugati (Western) Railway Station and the Westend Shopping Centre. The bus runs to a predetermined timetable, and is for the use of hotel guests only. The service is free of charge, and seats are available on a first come, first served basis.
