The holiday village is situated in a delightful location overlooking the River Ilen on Schull Road in Skibbereen, West Cork. It takes just 5 minutes to walk from the Moorings into Skibbereen Town. The establishment is situated right on the edge of town, with restaurants, shops and nightlife all on hand, yet still only a short drive from the beach.This small and exclusive, air-conditioned holiday village development features 10 detached houses, 9 of which have 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. Additional amenities include a children's playground for a fee, a dining room and there is a car park for those arriving by car.All homes have 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single room. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and all bedrooms are located upstairs. The main bathroom is also located upstairs and has a bath/shower. Downstairs is a guest toilet with doors wide enough for wheelchair users to get through. Linen and towels are provided, however, it is recommended to bring extra towels. All of the houses have cosy open fires, enclosed back gardens, wooden patio furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Additional amenities include a direct dial telephone, a TV, central heating and a terrace.For a fee, guests can use the gym, the hot tub and the sauna. Further features for a fee include golf, horse riding and entertainment programmes for adults and children. Fans of the fairway can also visit a golf course some 5 minutes' drive away.Approaching Skibbereen from Cork at the first roundabout, take the 2nd exit.
