Located high up in the Limonaia Estate, nearly at the tip of the Sorrento Peninsula, this accommodation is 4 km from the coastal town of Massalubrense and its shops, banks, restaurants, bars, chemists and beach. The beautiful 18th century majolica flooring in the Santa Maria delle Grazie church in Piazza Vescovado is also not to be missed.The house is split into 3: the first floor comprises the owners apartment plus 2 other small apartments for rental. A steep windy road leads up to the property through olive groves. To the rear is a lovely shaded patio area with a private barbecue area and lawn garden, with a low hedge over which there are marvellous views of Capri. A short path then leads guests up to the next level and the enormous furnished 12 x 8 m swimming pool, which can also be used by the other 2 apartments and has gorgeous panoramic views. It is another short flight of steps up to the furnished sun deck area with views of the olive and lemon tree backdrop. The apartments have high ceilings and are cool and well furnished. The sitting room is air-conditioned and is payable locally. There is also a car park for guests arriving by car.
