The new hotel is part of a broader project that consists Unipol tower, the hotel itself and the construction of a connection between the two with space for shops, restaurants and a fitness center. On the first floor is the conference center include 3 modular meeting rooms in 7 rooms, all with natural light and capacity for 150 people.
