About 200 m before San Giustino Valdarno, a red villa will be seen ahead. From the Rome motorway A1, exit at Arezzo (kilometre 23). Follow the signs to Arezzo Centro and then go on to Castiglion Fibocchi and San Giustino Valdarno. Pass through the village, pass the petrol station and after about 200 m the villa can be found on the right.

This is an excellent property, the self catering solution can represent a good plus for long stay. The location is a good starting point for daily excursions in the central area of Tuscany. The check-in available from 3 to 7 pm. In case of late arrival it is compulsory to advise hotel. All rooms are 1 bedroom apartments composed by one double bedroom plus living room with double sofa bed and self catering facilities. They are furnished in a elegant and well refined style and decorated in pastel shades that give a peaceful and familiar atmosphere. Special care has been reserved to the bathroom area, where colours, furniture and details cerate a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast room is the ancient windmill of the property, dated back to the XVII century and it's equipped to serve breakfast only. The area is very spacious with broad windows overlooking the beautiful garden. Dinner and lunch are possible, but only on request. The lobby is small in size, as the breakfast room is part of the ancient windmill.
