This is a very good property, ideal, for its location, for all travellers. 0708 SR Rooms are medium in size and furnished in traditional style with different colour. They are all decorated in pastel shades, the decors are well refined and the style is elegant and sober. There is a particular care for every details, the bedspreads and the curtains are well-coordinated and every room has parquet flooring. The breakfast room Nottolini respects the very nice and elegant style. It is also possible to have relax in the lounge area Puccini offering a relaxing atmosphere. The lobby is medium in size and furnished in a very sober and elegant style. It is tastefully decorated in light colour with wooden ceiling and reception desk. There is a comfortable seating area equipped with comfortable sofas and easy-chairs. The fine decors give a comfortable and welcoming style with a mixture of modern and traditional details. The hotel has been a Guest house for the past year and is due to gain it's 2* grade in September 2005. The reception is opened between 8.00-13.00 and 15.00-19.00, for arrivals outside these times it is strongly advisable to inform hotel beforehand. Guests can contact the hotel on the number: 0039 0583 469 630. A car park at special rates for San Frediano guests is available outside Lucca city walls, few minutes walk for the hotel. The 6 rooms are spacious, simply but tastefully decorated, with cast iron beds and colourful drapery. Bathrooms vary in size and are modern and functional in style. Although simple, all bathrooms have been recently renovated with high standard finishing. No restaurant. The continental breakfast is served directly in the room, for specific requirements it is necessary to advise hotel beforehand. The building the accommodates San Frediano was a 1600 house. The internal division of spaces has been maintained as per it's original architecture and therefore the hotel does not have a lobby in the traditional sense. Guests are welcomed directly into the reception office on the ground floor: a spacious room, traditionally decorated with an informal atmosphere that reflects the friendly approach that is typical of this hotel.
