The Residenza Formosa is made of 2 typical and elegant Venetian apartments in the area of Santa Maria Formosa square, a very lively neighborhood with its little fruit market and the kids playing along! The bigger one has a nice double room and a spacious living room where 3 people can sleep comfortably in 2 sofa beds. The smaller can host up to 3 people.You are just 10 minutes walk from st Marks square and Rialto, and the area if full of excellent little restaurants and bars. Payment is accepted in euros only

The hotel is located in Venice historic centre, close to Saint Mark's square. It offers well-equipped rooms arranged with all comforts. . All rooms have wooden floors and beamed ceilings. The functional furniture is enhanced by Murano glass chandeliers. The check-in must be done at the reception of Hotel dell'Opera that runs the hotel as annex. From there it is very easy to reach in few minutes the Palazzo Ducale, the Gran Teatro La Fenice, the Accademia Gallery and the Rialto Bridge. The closest public transport stop to the Hotel is San Marco calle Vallaresso , from Venice airport you can get on Alilaguna linea arancio , from Piazzale Roma or the Train station you can get on ACTV vaporetto line 1.

It is situated very close to San Marcos Square, the theatre La Fenice theatre and the Accademia galleries. The nearest vaporetto (ferry) stop is on the hotels doorstep at Santa Maria del Giglio, where guests will also find various restaurants, bars and nightspots. The accommodation consists of a kitchen (with 4 cooking points, oven, tea and coffee making facilities and refrigerator), a spacious and bright living room with wooden floor and wooden beams. It has a double and king-size bed, 2 sofa beds (one double and one single) and a view over a characteristic Venetian calle, a bathroom (bathtub, bidet, WC, warmer napkin and hairdryer) and a built-in cupboard and big matrimonial room with spacious windows with view of a typical Venetian canal. The accommodation is completely furnished, equipped and provided of crockery and linen. The Lido di Venezia golf course is 5 km from the hotel.
