The property is located in the heart of Venice, about 3 minutes from Piazza San Marco.You will be enchanted by the location of Hotel San Zulian, just a few strides from Ponte di Rialto, in the historic and commercial centre of the city.It is easily reached from the car terminal in Piazzale Roma or from the Tronchetto parking facilities, from the Railway station, and from Marco Polo Airport.Built in 1800 and recently renovated, the hotel offers 22 rooms in varying arrangements and styles.The hotel is distinguished by its refinement, elegance, and combination of Venetian and international styles.The rooms are furnished with valuable antique furniture and Venetian artworks.

The Hotel is centrally located, in the middle of the Foundation of Furlani, a few steps from the Scuola Dalmata di San Giorgio degli Schiavoni celebrated for the series of paintings by Vittore Carpaccio. In a short time you can reach anywhere in the city from Piazza San Marco to the Biennale Gardens. It faces the river with a seventeenth-century portal surmounted by a terrace with stone balustrade of Istria. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the Bacino di San Marco and the island of San Giorgio. The Palace is located between a medieval court and one of the largest private gardens in Venice both owned. All rooms have been furnished in part with the furniture and original accessories lived in this house over the past two centuries.

Hotel Santa Chiara overlooks the Gran Canal and Piazzale Roma (the only part of Venice reachable by car). It is in front of the train station and really near to the cruise terminal and few minutes by car from the Marco Polo airport. It is the only hotel in Venice with private parking (on request only)!!! The hotel location is unique and It is the easiest one to reach ( so you don’t need to drag your luggage trough the alleys looking for the hotel). It is few minutes walk from San Marco square ( or few minutes by water bus, which stops almost in front of the hotel). The breakfast room, the bar and the Hall overlook the Grand Canal. Our Annex Residenza Parisi is situated about 151 meters form the main historical building, there we have our classic room. Which rates are not inclusive of breakfast. Deluxe rooms The Deluxe rooms are decorated with 30’s and 40’s years style but with a touch of modernity. Rooms are very spacious (some of them can be triple) and have tissues on the walls, wooden floor, leather inserts and exotic woods inlays, tv with USB and HDMI connection, wi-fi, tea and coffee machine, minibar, heating system, air conditioning, telephone and hair-dryer.The most of them have a partial view on the water (Grand Canal or Rio Novo) or overlook Piazzale Roma. Deluxe rooms with view on Grand Canal The deluxe rooms with view on Grand Canal are very spacious and have tissues on the walls, parquet, leather inserts and exotic wood inlays, tv with USB and HDMI connection, wi-fi, tea and coffee machine, minibar, heating system, air conditioning, telephone and hair-dryer. They overlook directly Grand Canal. Suite Deluxe The Deluxe suite is facing the Papadopoli Garden, the Piazzale Roma and the Rio novo, the suite are decorated with 30’s and 40’s years style but with a touch of modernity. The Suite has two separate ambience and a bath, one of the two is the bedroom and the other one is a small living rooms that when needed can host a third bed Classic Rooms The classic rooms are in the dependance,150 mt. from the main building. All the rooms overlook a private courtyard (they don’t have view on water). They are very spacious ( big enough to host upto 4 people). and are decorated with tissue on the walls and Murano glass chandeliers. All rooms have private bathroom with shower, heating system, air conditioning, minibar, safe, wi-fi, satellite tv, hair-dryer and telephone. All of them are accessible to disabled people!!! The prices of these rooms are not inclusive of breakfast!!
