A pure mixture of tastes, skillfully handed on from father to son and from the grandparents recipes from which we get dishes that are unique in the world, such as anchovies, sardines and mackerels, the typical pasta with aubergines, the sausages of Etna, the pasta with pistachio, the pasta with shellfish and many other excellent fish and meal dishes, the vegetables mix with extra virgin olive oil. During the time, our cooking has been enriched by the contribute of many populations Greeks, Arabs and Normans, that have introduced other spices and typical dishes of their lands. Together with our typical food we will match the dishes with the most prestigious Sicilian wine, such as the authentic wine of Etna Volcano.
