The hotel has a large 24 hour reception for guests needs. Hotel Wawel is loacted in a protected historical building which maintains some original features. Whilst the hotel is fully modernised, the property still maintains its historical characteristics. The hotel's breakfast room is located on the lower ground floor. It is decorated in a charming mixture of modern and rustic styles. The lobby is small, friendly and modern.
