Restored and modernized in 2013, the hotel kept his special and characteristic architecture, designed by Miguel Jacobetty Rosa (a famous and notorious architect in Portugal), and the cozy atmosphere and the personalized e detailed service that always was attributed to the historic hotel, that was the first in Portugal with this kind of service.The SL Hotel – Santa Luzia re-opened in June 2013 after an intervention and improvement process to update and modernize the hotel, making it in the line of the today needs, creating an unique experience and exclusive for those who look to relax and enjoy this region. This charm hotel has twenty-five rooms, separated by two different typologies: the Standard rooms and the Superior Rooms. All the rooms feature hand-painted Alentejo furnishing and a view to the pool, the gardens, the city or to the Aqueduct of Amoreira, to create different experiences according to every preference. The Restaurant 1942 highlights the traditional cuisine of Elvas.
