All the rooms are of medium size and with private facilities plus air conditioning, telephone and cable television. They are decorated in a typical portuguese style and very welcoming. Hotel has no restaurant but guests can eat at the California hotel restaurant (sister hotel) which is located on the same street of the Polana hotel. The restaurant is fairly large with pale blue and whites as decor with some rustic touches. It serves both portuguese and international cuisine. The lobby is small but serves its function well.

All the apartments are spacious and have balcony or terrace most with sea view, comfortably furnished and fully equipped.
