The apartment is located in a historical building on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator). The entrance is provided with video surveillance to ensure guests' safety. This apartment is not very large but it is very cozy and comfortable. It has high ceilings and has just been fully renovated in a modern, minimalist style. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a bureau with a mirror. The room also has a balcony. Each of the other two rooms has a convertible double sofa in it. One of the rooms features an exercise bike. There is a shower in the bathroom along with a washing machine. The kitchen is simply perfect for cooking and having breakfast or dinner.
